Findings (condition, defects, materials), the locate (where the line runs and where problems sit, by measurement), and scope (what, if anything, should be done). Formatted for third parties: buyers, insurers, boards, and second opinions. See the sample report to judge for yourself.
What if the camera hits an obstruction and can’t continue?
You get the findings to that point, the obstruction documented, and the repair path quoted flat — and the $299 still credits to the repair. A camera that can’t pass is itself a diagnosis.
Why is the free check not enough for my home purchase?
The free check is an honest on-screen look — but it produces clips, not a document. Transactions need the written report: formatted findings a lender, insurer, or negotiating party can rely on. That’s the $299 product, and it credits to any repair the findings justify.
Do you charge extra if there’s no cleanout?
If the only access is pulling a toilet or going through a roof vent, it’s a flat +$400 — told to you before we start, never discovered after.
