Call Recording

Calls to and from Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. may be recorded and monitored for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes. Continuing the call is consent to recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the representative and you may request another way to reach us.

Payments

Card payments are handled by a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. does not store full card numbers. Cards kept on file for recurring billing — such as Kyle Club membership — are stored as tokens held by the processor, not as card numbers in our systems.

Cookies & Analytics

We use Microsoft Advertising's Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure visits, phone-link clicks, and accepted service requests from our ads. Microsoft receives browsing and advertising identifiers through this tag and its cookies. Our custom events do not include your name, contact details, plumbing message, or service address. We pass denied advertising-storage consent when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement for information about Microsoft's handling of data.

We use OpenAI's Measurement Pixel to understand whether our ChatGPT ads lead to website visits and service requests. This sends measurement events and advertising identifiers to OpenAI and uses first-party cookies. If automatic advanced matching is enabled, supported contact information is normalized and hashed in your browser before it is included with measurement events. Our event calls do not include your plumbing message or service address. We request that these events be excluded from future user-level personalization and honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for ChatGPT measurement. We may use cookies and analytics tools, including session-recording tools that capture page interactions. These tools collect information such as the pages you view, links and buttons you click, mouse movement and scrolling, approximate location derived from your IP address, and details about your browser and device. They are used to understand how the site is used and to improve it — not to identify you personally, and we do not use them to collect payment details.

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies only, or clear cookies already stored; look under Settings → Privacy in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Security

We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal information.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

• Customer, job, and invoice records — 7 years after last service
• Consent and opt-out records — 5 years after opt-out
• Call recordings — 2 years

After these periods, records are deleted or anonymized.

Your Choices

You may opt out of marketing communications, request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows — email service@kyleplumbing.com to make a request.

Use of Services by Minors

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 16 has given us personal information, email service@kyleplumbing.com and we will delete it.

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time; changes become effective when the revised version is posted on this page.
