Epoxy Pipe Coating · Picote-Certified Installers
Restore Your Sewer Pipes Without Digging Up Your Home
Underground sewer and drain work is what we do — cast iron, PVC, and SDR alike. The floors stay. The yard stays. A certified crew documents the line on camera, puts the findings in writing, and quotes from those findings: epoxy coating where the pipe can be saved, repair or replacement where it can’t.
- Epoxy coating, cleaning & descaling, pipe repair, replacement
- NSF/ANSI 61 certified epoxy · ASTM tested · Picote-certified installers
- Written findings before we quote — you keep the report

If the camera shows your line is fine, the $449 is on us.
The inspection covers the first 75 feet and includes a written report — findings, locate, and scope. The $449 fee credits toward your repair project. Access through a pulled toilet or roof vent carries a $400 surcharge, stated before we start. Holding a lining or dig-up quote? Bring it — the second opinion is part of the report.

Why South Florida Cast Iron Is Failing Now
If your home was built before 1975 — Deerfield Beach’s median home dates to 1978 — your drains are likely original cast iron, and after five decades in South Florida’s climate they corrode from the inside out. Recurring backups, sewer odor, and roots on camera are the symptoms; channeled, scaling pipe is the cause.
Insurers know it too: four-point inspections increasingly flag original cast iron, and failed sewer scopes derail home sales. Epoxy coating rehabilitates structurally sound pipe in place — descaled to bare metal, then rebuilt with a new corrosion-proof wall — with documentation your insurer, buyer, or inspector will accept, for a fraction of what excavation and restoration cost.
When replacement is the answer: coating cannot fix a belly, a back-pitch, or a collapse — no method applied inside the pipe can. Those lines get replaced. Where a run sits under the slab, the crew may tunnel beneath the home rather than cut through your floors; where the line is accessible, conventional excavation is straightforward. Either way it is a quoted scope from the written findings, not an upsell.

Pipe Lining vs. CoatingFrequently Asked Questions
Coating, repair, or replacement — which will I need?
The written findings decide. Structurally sound but corroded pipe is a coating candidate; an isolated bad section is a targeted repair; a collapsed or bellied line is replaced. You see the footage, keep the report, and get flat prices for each viable path.
Do you do pipe lining or CIPP?
No. We sell epoxy coating, cleaning and descaling, pipe repair and refurbishment, and replacement. If you are weighing a lining quote, our comparison page explains where lining works and where it doesn’t — and the $449 inspection gives you the written findings to decide with.
How long does the coating last?
The epoxy carries a 10-year manufacturer material warranty, and workmanship coverage is available in 1, 5, and 10-year plans. Separately from the warranty terms, the coating has a 30–50 year design life.
Is the coating safe for water pipes?
The epoxy we install is NSF/ANSI 61 certified for potable water (pipes 4" and larger with a white final coat) and ASTM tested — and it bonds to cast iron, PVC, concrete, clay, and copper from 1.25" to 12".
Do you really not have to dig?
For most homes, yes — cleaning, descaling, and coating all work through existing cleanouts and access points, and service is typically restored about 4 hours after the final coat. Replacement is the exception, and it is quoted as its own scope.
