KYLE CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Kyle Club Member Subscription is a monthly subscription between the Seller (Kyle Plumbing II, Inc.) and the Customer (Kyle Club Member) providing access to specific benefits and/or discounts provided for in membership agreement.

KYLE CLUB Members can use any or all services and benefits included in KYLE CLUB Member Subscription Plan beginning upon the date of purchase (depending on the type of membership), typically including, but not limited to, annual maintenance such as plumbing inspections, prioritized service, drain cleaning, vouchers, discounted service fees or diagnostics made while an active KYLE CLUB Member. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to utilize any or all the services, discounts and benefits included with the KYLE CLUB Member Subscription.  Be advised, Kyle Club Silver, VIP, and Gold memberships all differ in services and costs and may change from time to time.  Please contact the Seller for the most recent services and costs.

Seller is not responsible for the underutilization of any KYLE CLUB Member benefits and is under no obligation to credit or refund any portion of services, benefits or discounts not utilized during the subscription term or at time of cancellation. Customer agrees to receive communications from Seller in the form of direct mail, email, SMS/Text or phone calls that may include reminders about benefits available, access to account information, special offers, scheduling recommendations and so forth. However, it is still up to the Customer to be familiar with and to take advantage of any or all benefits as wanted or needed, and Seller is not responsible for underutilization of the benefits.

The KYLE CLUB Member Subscription is a monthly recurring credit card transaction. It is up to the customer to provide and maintain a valid credit card on file while an active member. If Customer does not provide updated credit card information or approval to re-process payment within 2 weeks of a declined transaction, it will be considered canceled, and no credits or refunds will be given for unused or underutilized services. 2-Week Cancellation required via phone or email (with verification of receipt by Kyle Plumbing II, Inc.). No refunds provided for prior charges previously agreed to as part of membership subscription agreement.

Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. also reserves the right to terminate subscription/agreement with notice to the customer and will automatically prevent future billing from occurring upon notice.

Disclaimers

1. Free Estimates (aka no trip fees/no service fees – $49.00 Value per Visit)
   • KYLE CLUB Members will not pay for service / trip fees between 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
   • Service Calls / Trip Fees do not include diagnostics charges or repair estimates.
   • After-Hours & Holiday Rates are not included and may vary.
   • For any recommended repairs, upgrades or services that require additional labor, materials, or services, KYLE CLUB Members will receive 10% off any approved estimates.
   • All service options and pricing will be provided up front at time of service with required customer approval before work begins.
   • Kyle Plumbing II, Inc. reserves the right to refuse free service calls for repeat requests for the same repair whereby repair recommendations have been provided and the customer declines to make said repairs.

1. Each KYLE CLUB GOLD Member is eligible to receive one maintenance visit per year, including: ($500 Average Value when used)
   • Whole-House Plumbing Inspection that includes drains, including tank water heaters with flush or descale if applicable (water heater must be under 3 years old), garbage disposals, fixtures, laundry drain lines, camera sewer line (up to 30 minutes), and more. Ask for Complete Details.

1. Save 10% on all plumbing services
   • Discounts valid on applicable services and diagnostics only. Cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, coupons or specials.

1. Priority Service
   • Kyle Club Members will receive priority scheduling over non-members, where feasible.

1. Save thousands with exclusive KYLE CLUB Member vouchers and access to approved vendors
   • KYLE CLUB Members will receive and have access to exclusive KYLE CLUB Member Only Vouchers annually. Members may opt for alternative offers or discounts that are equal to or better than KYLE CLUB Member Vouchers represented. See coupons for details. Offers may be subject to change. Call for details. KYLE CLUB member only vouchers are non-transferrable.
