Kyle the Monkey
Kyle enjoys long walks on the beach, walking his dog Snoopy, and the occasional glass of high-end tequila. As versatile as a monkey wrench with the speed of a mongoose. Kyle is a doer and a people pleaser.
Kevin Couper
Owner
“Life is short so live it on your own terms!” That’s the motto Kevin used in making his decision to exit the Corporate and Financial world and acquire his own business. Kevin will be the first to tell you he knew nothing about plumbing until purchasing Kyle Plumbing in June of 2023. Kevin leads Kyle Plumbing with the philosophy that the greatest leaders surround themselves with people who are smarter than they are and know more than they do.
Nicole Gonzalez
General Manager
Over 26 years of Human Resource & People and Culture experience in different size companies and fields. In her own words, this is Nicole’s favorite role and company thus far. Working with a new business owner makes for a varied workday! Nicole has a 19-year-old son who is studying and working as an auto mechanic for a large South Florida auto dealer that she is very proud of.
Lawrence Kram
Vice President of Construction and Estimator
30 + years of Plumbing experience which included some very exciting and extravagant homes and buildings. Lary has worked with several notable names and celebrities in the South Florida area. Some very interesting (weird)projects includepet bathrooms, outside A/C systems to chill the hot Florida air. In addition to spending time with his family, Larry’s additional talents are CGI Animation and 3D printing.
Nishana Singh
Customer Service/Dispatcher
Nish has found her niche here at Kyle Plumbing. Nish came to Kyle from the purchase of the accounts from Backflow Inspection and Repair as the dispatcher and has already become an integral part of the team. She has only been with us for a short while and has hit the floor running. Speaking of running, Nish plays on 3 Softball Leagues and so far, she is hitting it out of the park in learning how to dispatch Plumbing Service calls in addition to Backflow calls.
Shelly Grose
Dispatcher/CSR
Shelly’s voice may sound familiar to our many repeat customers. Shelly worked for us a few years back and we are so glad we were able to snag her back. Her plumbing knowledge and customer service skills are an excellent addition to our office staff. Ask her about her two Chihuahuas Sadie and Stella, whom she loves to chat about as they are always doing something cute, funny, and sometimes mischievous. You should see the ears on these cute pups!!!
Jessica Estrada

Jessica is a great asset in our back-office operations. When Kevin (owner) found out “Jess” was looking for a different opportunity after having her first child, he created a position for her. He sure was right when he said she pays great attention to detail, even all the way from the west coast of Florida as our only remote employee.

Danny Sori
Construction Superintendent
Combination of construction, carpentry, and plumbing of over 20 years. Recently promoted to Superintendent, Danny leads with expertise and natural management skills. Danny excels at running copper water piping and high-end residentialbuildings.Hebuilds fancy houses!!!!He’s also a “Gamer of Wizards and Elves”, but he doesn’t build tiny houses for them.
Mario Oliveto
Construction Superintendent
Mario has been plumbing for 25 years. Mario moved to the US in 1994 and is loving it!! Being a native Italian, he loves to cook and eat. Don’t we all? Mario loves American sports and is a Giants fan and loves the Dolphins too. Family is everything to Mario, including his wife, two daughters and his pup Vito (his best bud).
Diane Korey
Construction Assistant
25 + years of experience in the HVAC, Electrical, Waterproofing, and Plumbing industries. Originally from Boston, Diane came to Florida 10 years ago. Diane has been working at Kyle Plumbing for 7 years assisting the Construction Crew. Diane’s responsibilities have increased to organizing the daily schedule and dispatch, pulling permits, contract administration, change orders, estimates, and proposals, just to name a few of the items Diane helps the team with. She is the perfect lady for the job, sweet as pie but keeps the Crew in line.

Michael Pieper
Service Plumber
After 7 years of plumbing, Mike decided to change things up a bit and start honing his management skills as our Warehouse Manager. Who better to know the parts than an experienced plumber. If you ask Mike what he is most proud of, he says being a dad. Mike adores his 4 children who are currently keeping him very busy with Flag football every weekend!
Moses Watts
Service Plumber
20+ years of experience as a journeyman and backflow certified plumber. He is often the trainer of our apprentices. Moses had his 15 minutes of fame for being on the Vanilla Ice Project showing off his plumbing skills. When Moses is not being requested by so many of our customers, he spends time with his wife of 15 years and their 12-year-old son.Moses loves to travel, even though we try to keep him at work. Japan was his favorite spot thus far, Africa next on the list.
Kadeem Haynes
Service Plumber
With 6 years’ experience, Kadeem is one of our most well-rounded plumbers.Kadeem’s 6-foot self can get into any spot to fix any plumbing problem.Kadeem is a family man spending all sortsof fun and time with his 4-year-old son and fiancé. Iceland lagoons were his favorite vacation spot where he waswowed by the northern lights.
Nate Bitar
Plumbing Apprentice
After a few semesters of college, Nate decided college was just not for him. And my goodness are we glad he decided to pursue the trade of plumbing. Nate has jumped in and is currently a learning (and digging) machine. He has already proven that he can work hard and still have a smile on his face. We look forward to him being the future of Kyle Plumbing.

This new dad of a baby girl has been proving how hard working he really is. Devon has some plumbing experience and continues to learn each day. We look forward to him being the future of Kyle Plumbing.
Arny Morales
Service Technician
Arny has been plumbing for quite some time and states he is a self-proclaimed workaholic. He’s has three little ones that like to have fun with their dad and mom on the weekends. The family tries to get the kids out of the house each weekend for little adventures like the Zoo and the beach. Adventure or an opportunity to wear them out so dad gets some sleep? Hmmm, what do you think?
Rick Ruas
Service Technician
So happy to have Rick join our team as he brings over 28 years of very valuable plumbing experience. This very busy dad of 3 girls likes to spend time with his family and when he has some free time, likes to play pool. Vacation time for Rick includes traveling to all parts of the US to visit friends and family.
Chris Violette
Jetting and Backflow Technician
15 years Fire Sprinkler and 5 years of drywall repair and installation. Chris began his plumbing career with Kyle and became quickly certified in Backflow. Chris is “that guy” to always make us laugh and brings humor to any situation. Chris spends his free time with his 4-year-old son and “his girl”. As funny as Chris is, we would love to get him on stage every weekend.
Daniel Barreira
Warehouse Assistant
Daniel made the very wise decision to start learning the plumbing trade after feeling a bit “Zapped” in the Electrical Trade. He is following in his Uncle Mike’s (Our Warehouse Manager) footsteps and learning more about plumbing each day. Daniel is a big sports fan but not only from the couch. He likes to participate in all sports including skateboarding. However, speaking of the couch, he does love to play video games, especially Call of Duty.
